  2. Great inspiration here sis. Keep spreading and keep motivating the people out there. You don't know how you impact someone's motivation to live healthier and look better.

    I believe slowly but surely we will reach our own goals.

    It took me 5 months to lose 5kg. Very slow too but definitely am feeling healthier and hey, how many ladies can do a standard push up :)

    Cheer up and keep on moving :)
